Overview

Because the Netmenu platform makes use of cookies and similar resources intended to check how you use the Platform, we would like you to read this Cookies Policy ("Cookies Policy") carefully.

We will explain everything in friendlier language, because we want to be sure that you understood exactly the points made in this Cookies Policy. you further acknowledge that the provisions set out here may be changed at any time, and the latest version is always the one that applies. Note that if we make any change to this document, we will post a notice together with the updated Cookies Policy.

Are you unsure which version of the Cookies Policy is in force? At the end of the document we highlight the date for you to check.

Further information on how we protect and process your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files added to your electronic device that make it possible to store and recognise data about your browsing, both by the sites the User visits and by third parties related to the site, and that allow it to know your activity on that same site or on others it is related to — for example: the place you access from, the connection time, the device used for access, the operating system and browser used, the most visited sites, the number of clicks made, as well as data related to your behaviour when accessing the Internet.

2. How Netmenu uses Cookies

As we already told you in our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), the information generated by cookies is transmitted to our servers and stored in order to optimise our Platform. During this process, the information generated by cookies about the use of our Platform will not be shared with third parties.

Because cookies allow the User and their browsing habits to be recognised, through the storage of information collected from their devices, cookies make the User's experience on the Platform very much easier, better serving their interests and needs (for example, by remembering their preference settings).

Netmenu may also use cookies to help improve future activities and experiences of Users on our Platform, as well as use cookies to compile anonymous and aggregated statistics that make it possible to understand how Users use our Platform, which may improve the structure and the content we make available on the Platform for you.

Netmenu may also collect information about your online activity (for example, sites and pages you have visited) through tracking technologies such as cookies, tracking pixels and similar devices, in order to display advertising and online services relevant to the User.

But you may be wondering whether the Platform is accessible without cookies being enabled. Disabling cookies may prevent the Platform from working correctly, but the User can prevent the use of cookies through their browser settings. And, depending on the browser used and on the tracking tool, you can install a browser plug-in to prevent tracking.

Two types of cookies may be used in the Netmenu virtual environments: session cookies, which are temporary cookies that remain on your device until you leave the Platform, and permanent cookies, which are those that remain on your device until they are deleted (how long the cookie remains on your device will depend on the "lifetime" of that particular cookie and on your browser settings).

Not sure how to do that? To manage cookies, we recommend that you consult your browser instructions or its help section to find out how to adjust or change your cookie settings.

If you use different devices to view and access the Platform (for example, computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), you must make sure that the browser on each device is set to meet your cookie preferences.

you acknowledge, however, that disabling the cookies we use on our Platform may affect and/or limit your browsing experience.

6. Personal Data Collected

Registration Data: If the User accesses our Platform with the Access Credentials sent to them beforehand by us at Netmenu, we will collect the data as we explained to you in our Privacy Policy.
